the location was convenient close to the metro i found that very useful. my room was clean the bed was comfortable. i especially liked the supermarket nearby.

the check-in process was slow it took quite a while. i requested a comb it took a long time to get one. the staff seemed unfriendly i found their communication skills lacking.

The breakfast was decent. It had variety.

The noise at night was awful. there was loud music until late, i think it came from a club, but i couldn't sleep. the staff did nothing to help. the room was also not very clean. The bathroom mirror was dirty.
