Excellent Stay at Central Hotel

clean bedroom helpful staff quiet bar cute experience

The staff, especially Mr Alam at the front desk, was very cute. He was helpful and ensured my needs were met. The housekeeping team maintained a very clean bedroom, bathroom, and floor . The bar being separate from the hotel meant no noise disturbances reached my room.

The gym equipment was a little dated.

The hotel features a quiet pool area. It was not crowded when I visited. I observed the hotel has a separated bar area, ensuring noise does not disrupt the guests. I did not use other facilities .

The hotel location is convenient. It is close to many shops. Access to transportation looked easy, with taxis readily available. I noticed several restaurants within walking distance.

convenient location comfortable bed nearby supermarket slow process long delay unfriendly staff

the location was convenient close to the metro i found that very useful. my room was clean the bed was comfortable. i especially liked the supermarket nearby.

the check-in process was slow it took quite a while. i requested a comb it took a long time to get one. the staff seemed unfriendly i found their communication skills lacking.

loud music dirty mirror

The breakfast was decent. It had variety.

The noise at night was awful. there was loud music until late, i think it came from a club, but i couldn't sleep. the staff did nothing to help. the room was also not very clean. The bathroom mirror was dirty.
